So What is Next???

By mid-August we hope to have the full plan... but the group consensus from meeting 1 was that we need to hold a monthly meeting with a narrower range of topics. This will allow more depth for each topic.

In general we are looking to have a Chicago-wide 'code' that theatre companies would opt into. The term 'industry standard' was discussed but as the term carries quite a bit of baggage... we are still searching for the best terminology.

After a series of monthly meetings we will hold the large town hall discussion. More to come... but just wanted to get this launched ASAP.
